Your browsing and interaction on any other website is subject to that website's own rules and policies. We do not monitor, control, or endorse the privacy practices of any third parties.

10. Connected Social Accounts (Facebook, Instagram & TikTok)

Reply200 connects to the Facebook Pages, Instagram professional accounts, and TikTok accounts that you own and explicitly authorize. We access them only through each platform's official APIs and authorization flows, and our use of those platforms is subject to the Meta Terms, the Meta Platform Terms, and the TikTok Terms of Service.

When you connect an account, we access, store, and process the following data solely to operate the Service:

  • Comments and comment threads on your posts, ads, and (where supported) live videos — so we can read, reply to, and moderate them
  • Basic account information — the page or account ID, name, and profile picture of the connected account (and its parent Business Manager, where applicable)
  • Post and ad metadata — the post, ad, or video ID and its caption or title for content that receives comments

We use this data only to display your comments, generate and post replies on your behalf, and moderate comments according to your settings. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not use it to train AI models. We share it only with the AI processing providers strictly necessary to generate replies, who act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and may not use it for any other purpose, including training their own models.

You can revoke Reply200's access at any time from each platform's settings — on Facebook and Instagram via Business Integrations (or Apps and Websites) in your Meta account settings, and on TikTok via Manage app permissions under Security & permissions. You may also request deletion of stored data by emailing legal@reply200.com. Upon revocation or a deletion request, we delete the associated data from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain it.

11. YouTube API Services

Reply200 uses the YouTube API Services to provide comment-management features for YouTube channels that you own and explicitly connect through Google OAuth. By connecting your Google account, you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service. Google's handling of your information is described in the Google Privacy Policy.

When you connect a YouTube channel, we access, store, and process the following data through the YouTube API Services solely to operate the Service:

  • Comments and comment threads on your videos — so we can read, reply to, and moderate them
  • Basic channel information — the channel ID and title of the connected account
  • Video metadata — the video ID and title of videos that receive comments

We use this data only to display your comments, generate and post replies on your behalf, and moderate comments according to your settings. We do not use YouTube data for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with third parties — except with the AI processing providers strictly necessary to generate replies. Those providers act on our behalf under confidentiality obligations and are contractually prohibited from using your data for any other purpose, including training their own models.

Reply200's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can revoke Reply200's access to your Google account at any time from the Google security settings page. You may also request deletion of stored YouTube data by emailing legal@reply200.com. We retain YouTube data only as long as needed to provide the Service; upon revocation or a deletion request, we delete the associated YouTube data from our systems, except where we are legally required to retain it.

12. Security Of Your Personal Information

We are committed to keeping the personal information you provide us secure. We have implemented information security policies, rules and technical measures to protect personal information from unauthorised access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorised modification, and unlawful destruction or accidental loss.

13. Changes To This Privacy Policy

We may make changes to this privacy policy from time to time. We will update this privacy policy to reflect any changes to our use of your personal information. We may also make changes as required to comply with changes in applicable law or regulatory requirements. We may notify you by e-mail of any significant changes. We encourage you to review this privacy policy periodically.
