Terms & Conditions
1. Basic Terms
Users must be at least 18 years old. The service evolves without guarantee of prior notice. You are solely responsible for your use of the Services, for any content you post to the Services, and for any consequences thereof. Reply200 may place targeted advertisements and reserves rights to create usage limits.
2. Account
Accounts are created via social media connection. Users agree to monthly recurring fees that Reply200 may amend with notice. Users warrant accuracy of provided information and must not authorize others to use their accounts. You shall promptly notify Reply200 of any actual or suspected unauthorised third party access to your account.
3. Social Media Connect
Registration uses Social Media Connect, granting permission to access basic information from social media accounts. Reply200 has no control over individual account privacy settings on external platforms and is not responsible for any acts or omissions by Social Media.
4. Accessing The Services
Access to the Services is permitted on a temporary basis, and we reserve the right to withdraw or amend the Services without notice. Users are responsible for all necessary arrangements and informing others accessing through their connection.
5. Content On The Services
Users bear sole responsibility for posted content. Reply200 reserves removal rights for violations but has no obligation to monitor. Under no circumstances will Reply200 be liable in any way for any Content. Content may be retained after account termination for backup purposes.
6. Your Rights
Users retain copyright to submitted content but grant Reply200 a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use and distribute it. No compensation applies. Reply200 may modify content for technical compatibility and may share with partners.
Users receive a personal, worldwide, royalty-free, revocable license to use the Services. Reverse engineering, decompilation, and sublicensing are prohibited.
7. Reply200 Rights
All right (including copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights), title, and interest in and to the Services belong exclusively to Reply200. Users may print single copies for personal reference but cannot modify or redistribute materials.
8. Restrictions On Content And Use Of The Services
Prohibited uses include:
- Violating laws or court orders
- Infringing intellectual property or privacy rights
- Distributing false or misleading material
- Harassment, intimidation, or promoting hatred
- Posting others' photos without permission
- Promoting illegal activities
- Tampering with systems or accessing unauthorized areas
- Spreading malware or viruses
- Interfering with service access
- Copying others' content without consent
- Commercial purposes not expressly permitted
- Scraping or phishing activities
- Political or religious solicitation
Reply200 reserves the right at all times (but will not have an obligation) to remove or refuse to distribute any Content on the Services and to terminate users.
9. The Services Are Available "As-Is"
The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. Reply200 disclaims warranties regarding completeness, accuracy, functionality, and reliability. Reply200 will not be responsible or liable for any harm to your computer system, mobile, or loss of data.
10. Limitation Of Liability
Reply200 and its partners disclaim to the maximum extent permitted by law any warranties, representations and conditions, whether express or implied.
Reply200 is not liable for lost profits, revenue, data corruption, or consequential damages. If liable, our total aggregate liability to you shall be limited to 100 EUR. Statutory consumer rights and liability for death/injury from negligence remain unaffected.
11. Your Liability
Users assume liability for all added content. You shall indemnify us and keep us fully indemnified on demand from and against all liabilities, costs, expenses, damages and losses.
12. Termination
Reply200 reserves the unconditional right to suspend, withdraw, terminate, amend or restrict access immediately without notice for suspected unauthorized use, confidentiality breaches, or intellectual property infringement.
13. Waiver And Severability
Non-enforcement doesn't constitute waiver. Invalid provisions don't invalidate remaining terms.
14. Governing Law And Jurisdiction
Wyoming courts have exclusive jurisdiction. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the law of Wyoming, United States.
15. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the complete agreement, superseding prior agreements. Users acknowledge no reliance on unincorporated representations. Disputes should first contact Reply200 at legal@reply200.com. Reply200 may revise Terms with email notification for material changes. The English version prevails over translations.
