How do I track usage?

You can track your usage in real time right from your Reply200 dashboard.

Processed comments — We display the total number in the Dashboard section.
Current spend and plan details — Available under Billing → Plans.

Dashboard stat cards: Comments processed, Moderated, Engaged, and Usage against your monthly limit

Per-comment billing status — shown in Logs next to each processed comment:

Prepaid Included

Counted against the comments included in your monthly plan.

Billed Charged

Charged at your per-comment rate (on pay-as-you-go Enterprise).

Unbilled Free

Processed but not charged — during Cool off, the free trial, or other system-exempt cases.

No surprises — we show you everything as it happens.
