What does "action" mean?

An action is counted when you or Reply200 perform one of the following on a comment:

Replied Engage

The comment receives a reply.

Reacted Engage

We react to the comment with a Like or Love.

Ignored Engage

We decide a comment doesn't need a reply — when responding would feel redundant, forced, or awkward. Also used during Cool off (Meta's daily reply limit), and you aren't charged for those.

Hidden Moderate

We categorize the comment as Spam or Negative and hide it — or you hide it manually in Logs.

Deleted Manual

You delete a comment yourself through Logs.

Every comment in Logs shows the action we took, alongside its category. You can filter by Action to quickly find comments with a specific one applied.
