What are the Business Managers and Pages tabs for?

Your dashboard organizes everything into two tabs — Business Managers and Pages — both built from the profiles you've linked.

A profile is a Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok account you've connected. It's the top-level identity that owns or accesses your assets. Profiles aren't a tab you browse — they're what you link (the + button) or unlink, and everything in the two tabs flows from them.

Business Managers tab

Business Managers connected through your linked Facebook profiles. Each BM groups one or more Pages under a single business entity — handy when you manage assets at the agency or client level.

Pages tab

The individual accounts where we actually process comments:

  • Facebook Pages from your approved BMs
  • Instagram accounts linked to those Pages
  • Standalone Instagram Professional Accounts you connected directly
  • TikTok accounts you connected

Finding what you need

Use the Platform and Assets filters on either tab to narrow down to a network, a Business Manager, or specific pages.
