What do the statuses mean?

Each connected asset shows a status telling you whether it's working normally or needs attention. Anything that needs you to step in (Permissions, Billing failed, Card pending, Access lost) dims its row and surfaces a Re-link or fix action right there.

Active Healthy

Connected, permissions granted, and at least one toggle (Moderate or Engage) is on.

Inactive Idle

Connected and enabled, but no comments in the last 24 hours.

Partial Heads-up

BM-level only — some Pages under this Business Manager have issues while others work normally.

Issues Heads-up

Something on this asset needs your attention. Open it to see the details.

Paused Off

Both toggles are off. The asset stays connected but we're not processing comments. Turn Moderate and/or Engage back on to resume.

Permissions Fix needed

Missing a required platform permission (e.g. Manage Comments). Re-link the profile to restore it.

Card pending Pending

We're waiting for your payment method to be verified.

Billing failed Fix needed

The last payment attempt failed. Add a valid card to resume.

Access lost Fix needed

We can no longer reach this asset. Hover the status for the reason — a changed password, the BM or Page restricted by Meta or TikTok, or permissions revoked by an admin. Reconnect to resolve.

Cool off Temporary

Meta's daily comment limit has been reached. We resume automatically when it resets.

Limit reached Temporary

Your plan's monthly comment limit is used up before the cycle ends. Upgrade to resume.
